Artizan Virtual Canteen - Does your company not have a canteen or would you simply like to avoid the queues and rain at lunchtime? If so, why not bring to your organisations attention the ‘Artizan Virtual Canteen’. This saves the organisation the cost of a canteen while still delivering lunch to their employees each day.
· Artizan sets up a dedicated minisite for your organisation's lunch service.
· All your staff register online for the daily lunch service. All we need is their name and email address.
· Users receive an email reminder each day to place their lunch order. We email a copy of your final lunch orders automatically to a nominated person within your company each day.
· We deliver a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches and main meals to a designated delivery point at a designated time each day. Each order is individually packed and labelled with an employee’s name & order.
· We can tailor your site to only have certain menu items available to staff e.g. only soups, sandwiches and salads and no main meals.
· If you wish to give staff a certain budget each day our system will ensure staff cannot order over their limit for the day. Should they wish to add to their order they can simply pay using a laser/credit card.
· We invoice on a monthly basis.
